First connection
Connect your phone and SoundTouch speaker to the same secure private Wi-Fi network. Open SoundTick and allow local-network access when your device asks.
Use Auto Scan speakers from Home. Keep the app open for the first scan and make sure your speaker is powered on and visible in your router or the official SoundTouch app.
If automatic discovery is blocked by your router, choose Add manually and enter the speaker's current local IP address. You can find it in your router or the official app's speaker information.

Troubleshooting
Try another station first. Individual station streams can move or become unavailable. Refresh the station search, confirm the selected speaker is connected, then retry. If several stations fail, share a diagnostic report with support.
Refresh speaker discovery and confirm every intended speaker is online on the same network. Group capabilities can vary by SoundTouch model, firmware and current speaker state.
Favourites, recent stations and virtual presets are stored on your device. Reinstalling the app or clearing its storage can remove them. Use Library backup where available before changing devices or reinstalling.
Open SoundTick's access or subscription screen and choose Restore Purchases. Use Manage Subscription when it is offered to open your platform's subscription settings. Billing and refund decisions are handled by the store used for purchase.
Open Help & Support inside SoundTick and choose the diagnostic or bug-report option. Review the choices, include a screenshot only if useful, then share the generated report yourself. The report is not uploaded automatically and sensitive fields are redacted.
Still stuck?
Include your phone platform, SoundTouch model, whether both devices are on the same Wi-Fi, and the step that did not work. Never send passwords, purchase receipts containing full personal details or router credentials.
