SoundTick cannot find your Bose SoundTouch speaker
When SoundTick cannot find a SoundTouch speaker, first confirm that the phone and speaker are on the same private Wi-Fi, local-network permission is enabled, and VPN or guest-network isolation is not separating them. Retry automatic discovery, then add the speaker using its current local IP address.

Internet radio is not playing on your SoundTouch speaker
If one internet-radio station will not play, try a second known station first because individual streams can move, expire or reject playback. If several stations fail, confirm the selected SoundTouch speaker is online, refresh discovery, and then retry on the same private Wi-Fi.

Will SoundTick work with your Bose SoundTouch model?
SoundTick is designed for Bose SoundTouch speakers that remain reachable through compatible local controls on the same private Wi-Fi as the phone. A model name alone cannot guarantee every feature because firmware, router behavior, permissions and current speaker state also affect discovery, playback and grouping.
